  1. Taken from the hospital while still bleeding

    Witnesses said that after Reza Monji Azad was shot near Sabzeh Meydan, security forces took him from the hospital while he was still bleeding and before he could be treated. His body was found the next day in a shipping container at the Bagh-e Rezvan cemetery in Rasht, amid significant traces of blood — indicating he had bled to death rather than been killed outright.   2. Fifteen days in a coma

    Arvin Salami-Zad, sixteen, was hit by direct fire on Ashouri Street in Bushehr on 8 January 2026 and reached the Persian Gulf Hospital with eighteen pellets in his head. He remained in a coma for fifteen days and died on 23 January. He was buried on 26 January at Tangak Cemetery, with only a handful of close family allowed to be there.   3. The family refused the money

    Saeed Safari, forty-nine and recovering from open-heart surgery, was shot in the chest at close range with a pellet gun and then beaten with batons in Ilam on 9 January 2026. He died five days later without regaining consciousness. His burial at Salehabad cemetery was carried out under heavy security. Officials later offered his family money to state publicly that he had been killed by rioters; the family refused. Reported by Josimar, "Silent slaughter", 5 March 2026.
